Activation

Use of the app requires an active account, either in the form of a subscription on AppSource or manual license activation by Memento.

AppSource Subscription

There are two plans:

• The basic plan, to be applied to the first user, for the activation of the app.
• The plan for additional users, to be assigned to any users other than the first one who need to use the app.

Once the desired plan is activated, the licenses are available on the Office 365 Admin Center and can be assigned: assign licenses to users .

Manual license activation

Manual activation allows the use of bank transfer as a payment method and involves a fixed cost not linked to the number of users who need to use the app.

The activation proceess requires sending a mail to appsource@mementoas.com with indication of the app to be activated and the following company information:

• Company name
• Company address
• VAT Registration No.
• SDI Unique Code
  
• Contact name
• Contact email
  Confirmation will be sent by email after the account has been created.

Assisted setup

The assisted setup provides a guided configuration of the main settings of the app, at the end of which it will be possible to immediately start using the app.

The assisted setup is available from the Setup Bank CBI screen. By following the configuration wizard, the basic functions necessary to use the app will be set.

Permission Sets

There are 3 default authorization sets for the most common scenarios:

• Italian Bank read only: read only access to all features of the app.
• Italian Bank super user: complete access to all feature of the app, and permissions to modify configurations.
• Italian Bank userts: complete access to all feature of the app, without permissions to modify configurations.

It is raccomanded to perform configuration of user permission right after installation of the app, to prevent permissions errors.
