1. Is it possible to configure a connection with test data?
In the BankLink Setup page, you can enable the Test Mode flag, which allows you to select a bank containing fictitious transactions during the connection with the banking institution.
2. Is the connection with the bank secure?
The connection is established according to the Open Banking protocol, adhering to all security requirements set by the PSD2 banking regulation.
3. Is there a possibility to send payment requests directly from Business Central?
Sending payment requests from Business Central (Payment Initiation) is on BankLink's roadmap. If this is a feature of interest to you, please let us know!
4. Are there daily limits on the number of transaction requests?
Banks typically impose limits on the maximum number of times transactions can be retrieved for a single account (e.g., 4 times a day). There are also limits on the number of calls that can be made from BankLink to preserve service stability.
However, it is possible to reprocess previously downloaded transactions without needing to read them from the bank, using the specific functionality available in the activity log if activated.
5. Where can i find my invoices?
The invoices are available for download from the Subscription Management page. If you need to update or change the invoicing information, contact us.
